Freedom Jam 2017
July 1, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - July 2, 2017 @ 10:00 pm
Fugitive Fitness is hosting its 4th annual Freedom Jam at Fair Park in Dallas! Celebrate our freedom with free movement at one of the most iconic spots in DFW. We’re hoping to make this jam bigger and better than ever before!
We’ll be meeting at the Leonhardt Lagoon (behind the old Science Place) then training at several areas in the park. This is free, but we ask that you please register and fill out the waiver.
Here is a link for parking info:
Next, we’ll reconvene at The Asylum, DFWs first parkour gym and home of Fugitive Fitness – Parkour Dallas, continuing the jam there until as late as 10:00 pm. $10 Entry.
Sunday morning, meet everyone back in downtown D-town for training at and around Union Station to the Convention center. Again, this is free, but please register so we know who’s coming.
That evening Altitude – Richardson is giving all Freedom Jammers a special rate of $12.95 for our 2 hour block to cap off the weekend! Just say “FREEDOM JAM” when you check out. Be sure to sign their waiver beforehand or get ready to do it when you get there.

Please use your best judgment about where and how to train, erring on the side of caution. We do not want anyone seriously hurt, attracting the attention of law enforcement, disrespecting employees or staff, trespassing or other illegal activity, or generally diminishing the reputation of parkour and/or tracuers. This will be a “Leave No Trace” event, so please help us to pick up every single bit of trash you see, we want to make sure it looks nice for the 4th of July celebrations. We would like to make a contribution to our community in appreciation for keeping these parks open for us to train.
Train hard, stay safe, and have a Happy Independence Day!
