Hannah fell in love with the art of movement when she realized what it could help her overcome, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Having found CrossFit just before parkour, she already had good strength and coordination. Through the numerous classes and extensive training she completed at Fugitive Fitness, Hannah learned that movement involves so much more than simply jumping over obstacles. She was able to pursue her fitness and parkour certifications during her summers off as a teacher. She has mentored many underprivileged youths in her hometown and is using parkour to help them build confidence and challenge them to overcome obstacles thrown up by difficult life circumstances.
