Open-gym sessions allow participants to practice and refine skills and movements in their own way and at their own pace, with no instruction from our staff. All of our parkour obstacles and equipment and all of our strength equipment are available for use during open gym.
Open-gym sessions last for two hours. Participants may come in at any time during the session. Each open-gym session is limited to 25 participants and is supervised by at least one coach.
All open-gym participants are expected to read and abide by our Rules for All Users of Our Facilities.
