Open-gym sessions allow participants to practice and refine skills and movements in their own way and at their own pace, with no instruction from our staff. Parkour obstacles, foam pit, and other equipment are available for use during open gym. Strength equipment available to adults, and teens on a case by case basis. Some equipment is off limits and for class use only.
Participants may come in at any time during the session. Each open-gym session is limited to 25 participants and is supervised by at least one coach.
All open-gym participants are expected to read and abide by our Rules for All Users of Our Facilities.
