In our Functional Strength classes, students learn proper techniques and engage in appropriate programming for weightlifting and strength training. The Lifts classes are designed to help students to achieve strength gains. We focus on proper use of barbells, dumbbells, and kettlebells.
These classes are particularly well-suited to students who find that they need greater strength and/or power in order to advance further in parkour.
