In our Functional Intensity Training (FIT) classes, students learn proper techniques and engage in appropriate programming for bodyweight exercises and moderately weighted exercises. The classes involve high-intensity workouts that are systematically varied in order to continually improve muscle strength, power, flexibility, agility, and cardiovascular and respiratory endurance. We use dumbbells, gymnastics rings, climbing ropes, pull-up bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, sand bags, and various other objects to challenge students in every way possible.
These classes are particularly well-suited to students who find that they need greater strength, power, and/or stamina in order to advance further in parkour.
